Job Description

Coordinate and execute supply chain activities, including preparation of POC, updating shipment dashboard, issuing purchase orders/contracts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as warehouse and sales teams, to ensure timely and accurate acknowledgement of PO.

Identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain, propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to procurement, transportation, and inventory management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to supply chain activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and recommend innovative approaches or technologies to enhance operations.

The potential employee will be working closely with Supply Chain team. The primary tasks shall include issuing purchase orders confirmation, dashboard updates, preparing contracts and shipping documents (CI, PL, COO) and insurance. The employee is also expected to cover for the other Logistics and Procurement Specialist during leaves and annual vacation.
