Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :-

● Implement and follow up customers’ needs and inquiries with the other departments.

● Manage Logistics/ Customer services budget by develop cost-effective plans.

● Follow up customers feedback regarding the company services & product in order to avoid any problems.

● Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers on time and in good conditions.

● Develop & Implement Policies & procedure for Customers services & Logistics department.

● Solve any problems related to customers complaints and queries.

● Track and develop the company services that provided to customers.

● Make sure all logistic vehicles are safe and efficient during the work proper and according to requirement.

Qualifications & Skills :-

● Graduated

● Minimum 10 years working experience for Customer Services & Logistics 

● Minimum 5 years’ experience of people management experience

● Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.

● Record of successful distribution, logistics and customer service 

● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
