Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
2. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
3. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
4. Keep track of quality, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
5. Resolve any arising problems or complaints
6. Supervise, coach and train colleagues.
7. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
8. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
9. Comply with local and international laws.
10. Manage all the portals required for the operations.
11. Initiate and carry out the required certifications and accreditation.
equirements
1. Proven working experience as a Logistics operations coordinator/executive in UAE for at least 5 years.
2. Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
3. Proficient in standard logistics software
4. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
6. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
7. Knowledge of Pricing and Quoting.
7. Driving license is an added advantage.
8. start up experience is an added advantage.
