1. Creating marketing contents:
· Social media (postings)
· Email and SMS marketing campaigns
· Press releases
· Website content
· Scriptwriting for property videos and similar content
· Company newsletters for clients and employees
· Business cards and certificate requests
· Project brochures, presentations, proposals, and fact sheets for in-house projects
· Reviewing and revising (as needed) property descriptions for agents' listings.
2. Managing:
· In-house photographers' photo and video shoot schedules
· All social media accounts for AQUA Properties and the company website, including responding to client inquiries and coordinating with the call center for lead assignment.
· Google reviews
3. Coordination:
· Initial inquiry and coordination with suppliers and other outsourcing companies.
· With agents for any marketing assistance
4. Training:
· Conducting training sessions for new joiners on social media marketing and personal branding. (seasonal)
