- Brand Awareness: Assessing the level of brand awareness in the target market and working to increase brand visibility.
- Market Share: Measuring market share in the automotive paints industry and working to increase it.
- Customer Satisfaction: Gathering feedback from customers and assessing their satisfaction levels with products and services.
- Marketing Campaign Performance: Analyzing the success of specific marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Website: Focus on enhancing the website and ensuring it is kept up to date.
- Social Media: Manage social media along Tracking the growth of social media followers & engagement.
- Product Launch Success: Manage the launch and Measuring the success of new product launches in terms of sales and market reception.
- Marketing Budget Management: Ensuring that marketing activities stay within budgetary constraints.
- Competitive Analysis: Conducting regular assessments of competitors' marketing strategies and positioning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the marketing manager.
Education :
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing ,communication from a reputed university
Experience :
5 to 7 years of experience as a marketing executive or as a social media marketing specialist in a manufacturing company delivering campaigns across social media, digital, and influencer touch points.
Ability to deliver high level of knowledge and expertise in marketing.
Play an important role for the growth of the organization by providing effective marketing strategies.
