We’re currently on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement the group’s digital marketing strategy. The role will be based in our Dubai office and focus on communicating our offering to clients through digital means including website and search engine optimisation, paid search, social media and digital graphics.
The role will suit a professional, confident individual with a proven track record in digital marketing management within a professional organisation.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy
- Engage internally with the business for marketable content
- Create, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and continually improve website, including search engine optimisation
- Create and design website and digital content and copy
- Manage paid advertising including Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Implement and manage company e-commerce strategy
- Support brand awareness, product and service launch campaigns
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, analyse and report on digital campaign performance
- Monitor industry activity and trends
- Engage with and support sales colleagues
- Support wider business strategy and business growth
Requirements
Education & training:
- Degree qualification in marketing or digital related field
- Strong communication
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Technical requirements:
- Expert knowledge of search engine optimisation
- Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/WordPress
- Confident user of reporting solutions including Google Analytics
- Confident user of pay per click (PPC) campaigns and social media advertising
- Ability to convert findings into actionable campaigns
- Knowledgeable in content writing, graphic design
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
- Competent working with MS Office and other applications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Oil and Gas experience advantageous
