Job Description

Should have at least 4-5 years of experienced as MEP Engineer in interior FITOUT works.
Experience in design of HVAC for interior fit out projects.
Heat load calculation, Equipment selection, fresh air & extract design Experience.
Design and prepare MEP Shop Drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FF & FA) for submission to consultant and Mall or Site approvals.
Previous Experience working with major developers like EMAAR, Nakheel, Etc will be prefer.
Review and check the layout design as per material specifications.
Design shop drawing for site execution.
Coordination and Communicate with Site Supervisor and Engineers for all MEP work requirements.
Prepare submission per project as per required materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
