We are looking for a talented Sr.Mechanical Draughtsman with at least 10-12 years of GCC experience in the MEP field

Job Responsibilities: Mechanical Plumbing Draughtsman

• Develop detailed plumbing layouts, diagrams, and schematics based on project specifications, building codes, and standards.
• Create 2D and 3D models of plumbing systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design concepts.
• Review and modify designs to meet project requirements and address any technical issues.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in material selection and procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings and revisions.
• Updating drawings as per the Senior engineer issued and agreed change orders.
• Preparing As built Drawings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in plumbing design technology.
• Any other works assigned by the Project Manager or the Company Management as and when required.

Working Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in the related field
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) with a strong emphasis on plumbing design.
• Previous experience in plumbing design and drafting, preferably in [mention specific industry or projects, if applicable].
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to plumbing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
