SAM BUILDING CONTRACTING NEED URGENTLY MEP JUNIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER - WORK DUTIES
The quantity take-off for the following MEP services is your responsibility.
1. Electricity
2. ELV
4. Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting.
5. Fire Fighting.
6. Drainage and Water Supply
7. HVAC and smoke control systems
8. Floating inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and following up on quotations on a regular basis.
9. Prepare the BOM, BOQ, scope of work for the MEP pretender, and post-tender work.
10. Compilation of a list of technical questions for clarification by the consultant.
11. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, MS Word, Plan Swift, and other software.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
13. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
14. Have at least two years of work experience in the UAE
