Seek out new opportunities and clients to expand the agency's network and generate business growth.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of photo shoots, including location scouting, model selection, styling, makeup, and logistics.
Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of photo shoots.
Requirements:
Proven track record in the fashion industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in model management.
Strong network within the industry, including designers, brands, photographers, and other industry professionals.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
