Off Plan Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Off Plan Specialist in Dubai. The Off Plan Specialist will be responsible for providing consultation services to clients, understanding the developments around the city, handling client communications, providing exceptional customer service, making sales, and conducting real estate activities.

Qualifications

• Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate experience
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional knowledge of Arabic or other languages considered an asset
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation
