Bloom Media, a dynamic and innovative media company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Office Administrator. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our office, and we are specifically looking for a candidate who is fluent in Chinese.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,0000/-
Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 6PM
Visa and Medical Insurance provided by Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Chinese.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Support various departments with administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
