We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of clerical and technical abilities, with proficiency in AutoCAD. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support as well as assisting with technical tasks related to drafting and design.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails.
  • Assist in drafting and designing using AutoCAD software.
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records.
  • Assist in data entry and maintaining databases.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
