Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures.
