Fursan Security Services is currently looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator for our Guarding Services Division.

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing and supervising all aspects of the security guard's operations to ensure that they are profitable and efficiently conducted.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as an operations coordinator in the security industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
