We are seeking a dynamic and personable Patient Coordinator with a strong sales background and clinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for providing outstanding customer service, and a keen ability to identify sales opportunities. This role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing reservations, and promoting clinic services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet patients upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Escort patients to their designated waiting areas.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure a pleasant and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Sales and Promotion:

  • Utilize sales techniques to promote clinic services.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to upsell products or services.
  • Inform patients about ongoing promotions, membership plans, or loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Clinic Support:

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system.
  • Provide basic information about clinic services, treatments, or procedures.
  • Support clinic staff by preparing patient files and ensuring timely flow of appointments.
  • Ensure all clinic policies and procedures are followed in patient interactions.

Operational Duties:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient visits and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or healthcare is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using booking and sales software.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic operations.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
