We are seeking a dynamic and personable Patient Coordinator with a strong sales background and clinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for providing outstanding customer service, and a keen ability to identify sales opportunities. This role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing reservations, and promoting clinic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet patients upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Escort patients to their designated waiting areas.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a pleasant and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Sales and Promotion:
- Utilize sales techniques to promote clinic services.
- Identify and act upon opportunities to upsell products or services.
- Inform patients about ongoing promotions, membership plans, or loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Clinic Support:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system.
- Provide basic information about clinic services, treatments, or procedures.
- Support clinic staff by preparing patient files and ensuring timely flow of appointments.
- Ensure all clinic policies and procedures are followed in patient interactions.
Operational Duties:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using booking and sales software.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic operations.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Working Conditions:
