Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Manbot, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's and its client’s growth through data-driven and creative performance marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate tangible results and contribute to our overall business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive conversions.

 Responsibilities

 Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, utilizing a mix of channels such as PPC, SEM, social media advertising, display, and more.

 Execution: Create and manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, targeting, budget allocation, and ad placements.

 Data Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs. Utilize insights to optimize campaigns and enhance ROI.

 A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to refine ad copies, visuals, landing pages, and other elements to maximize engagement and conversions.

 Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation across various campaigns and platforms.

 Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as design, content, and analytics to align strategies, leverage resources, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and keep campaigns innovative.

 Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey, from initial click to final purchase.

 ROI Analysis: Provide regular insights and reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

 Testing New Channels: Explore and test new and emerging marketing channels to diversify our outreach and maximize growth potential.

 Qualifications  Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Proven experience of minimum 4 years in performance marketing with a track record of successful campaign management and ROI improvement.

 Proficiency in utilizing performance marketing platforms: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

 Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to marketing.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Freelancer is required in part time. (weekends full day, week days 4-5hrs )
