Requirements

  • Female.
  • Languages spoken — fluent English, Russian and Arabic is a plus.
  • Higher education in management, economics, business administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Preferable own visa

Responsibilities

  • Personal tasks from the CEO.
  • Organizing the workspace and business meetings for the CEO.
  • Preparation of documentation, reports, and presentations upon request of the CEO.
  • Handling business correspondence and processing incoming calls.
  • Maintaining the calendar of events and monitoring task deadlines.
  • Participating in organizing corporate events and meetings with partners.

Salary: 6000 aed

Working hours: full-time

Location: Office located in the Business Bay area with convenient transportation
