Job Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. This candidate must have a minimum experience in Events Management for 3 years.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Estimate production costs
  • Set production budgets
  • Work closely with the Design Team to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Manage and supervise the location set up
  • Manage any events and exhibition projects as instructed from the Management
  • Plan a production schedule for the job
  • Implement and control the production schedule
  • Review and adjust the schedule where needed
  • Determine the material resources required
  • Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Set product quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain production reports
  • Implement cost control programs
  • Responsible for ensuring that all aspects on each project are completed on time and on budget
  • Supports the project plan, ensuring all the deliverables dates and financial requirements are met
  • Responsible for supporting the development, production and co-delivery of the goals and requirements
  • Managing P.O system and financial flow of the production deliverables
  • Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook & Excel
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work within time frames and expected standards
  • Ability to organize work, allowing for high efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Ability to communicate in a highly-effective manner, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
