Production Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Dubai. The Production manager will be responsible for managing production schedules, managing the production team, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory levels, and supervising order fulfillment.
Qualifications

• Experience in production management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in managing a team and coordinating with management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality control methods and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Experience in the door and rolling shutter industry is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in engineering or related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, and knowledge of the Russian language will be a plus
