Platinum Express is a leading and innovative interior design firm known for creating stunning and functional spaces. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of our diverse portfolio of projects.

Job Title: Project Manager (Interior Design and Fit-Out)

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of interior design and fit-out projects, from conceptualization to final execution.
• Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower requirement for the job. Oversee the nomination of sub-contractors required for different jobs and submit to management for approval, ensuring capability and resource availability with them to complete the job & manage them effectively once they are nominated.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Effectively monitor and manage variations from the BOQ / orders placed and ensure approval by client, PQS in conjunction with site QS. Also provide accurate information to the QS on percentage of completed jobs for the preparation of monthly valuation reports. Manage the process (specify what process) and approve the monthly claims submitted by the sub-contractors.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor project progress to meet established milestones.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Receive snag lists from consultants, arrange sub-contractors for various works.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Uphold the company's commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions that surpass client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 7- 10 years’ experience in the construction industry in interiors works with at least 2 – 3 years in a senior role in project management within the interior design and fit-out industry inside UAE.
• Driving license and car is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and an understanding of the practical aspects of project implementation.
• Experience in handling of all site operations, complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently / with sub contactors for at least 3 –4years.
