Job Description
Project Manager with minimum 10 years experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and all round construction and renovation activities.
Key Areas:
- Manage all day-to-day Operations
- Managing a team of individuals and providing operational support to Senior Management.
- Generating and implementing strategies to improve service levels and improve efficiency throughout the organization
- Gathers and analyzes information in order to make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and profitability of the company.
- Ensures adherence to budgets, undertakes regular analysis of P&L and drives forecasting of future resource requirements. Implementation of cost-saving measures/ profit maximization.
- Allocates resources for service work and site visits.
- Provides reports and meaningful feedback to Company Senior Management.
- Must have excellent written and spoken English.
- Full Driving License
- Philipines national preferred
