Project Manager with minimum 10 years experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and all round construction and renovation activities.
Key Areas:
Manage all day-to-day Operations
Managing a team of individuals and providing operational support to Senior Management.
Generating and implementing strategies to improve service levels and improve efficiency throughout the organization
Gathers and analyzes information in order to make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and profitability of the company.
Ensures adherence to budgets, undertakes regular analysis of P&L and drives forecasting of future resource requirements. Implementation of cost-saving measures/ profit maximization.
Allocates resources for service work and site visits.
Provides reports and meaningful feedback to Company Senior Management.
