Job Description

Project Manager with minimum 10 years experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and all round construction and renovation activities.

Key Areas:

  • Manage all day-to-day Operations
  • Managing a team of individuals and providing operational support to Senior Management.
  • Generating and implementing strategies to improve service levels and improve efficiency throughout the organization
  • Gathers and analyzes information in order to make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and profitability of the company.
  • Ensures adherence to budgets, undertakes regular analysis of P&L and drives forecasting of future resource requirements. Implementation of cost-saving measures/ profit maximization.
  • Allocates resources for service work and site visits.
  • Provides reports and meaningful feedback to Company Senior Management.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Full Driving License
  • Philipines national preferred
