Project Manager (Industrial Building / Trakhees Experience Mandatory )

Job Location : Dubai -UAE

Job Details :

• Minimum 10 years Experience in the Warehouse / Factory / Industrial Building construction field in UAE
• Should take full responsibility of the Site ensuring all Civil, MEP, Steel Structure and full project works runs on time and within budget.
• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
• TRAKHEES Projects Handled Experience is a must.
• Liaise with the client and consultant throughout the construction process
• Should have capability to handle all Subcontractor making sure their works are done as per our requirement.
• Having experience in quantity surveying and Autocad
• Make all submittals, CVI, RFI, Payment requests, Payment certificate for subcontractors and suppliers, T & C reports, Handing over reports.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil / Malyalam Preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibilty of site.
• In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry
• Dealing with government agencies for all inspections, approvals etc.
• Pay scale is negotiable depending on experience (10000 to 13000 AED)
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
