Project Manager (Industrial Building / Trakhees Experience Mandatory )
Job Location : Dubai -UAE
Job Details :
- Minimum 10 years Experience in the Warehouse / Factory / Industrial Building construction field in UAE
- Should take full responsibility of the Site ensuring all Civil, MEP, Steel Structure and full project works runs on time and within budget.
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
- TRAKHEES Projects Handled Experience is a must.
- Liaise with the client and consultant throughout the construction process
- Should have capability to handle all Subcontractor making sure their works are done as per our requirement.
- Having experience in quantity surveying and Autocad
- Make all submittals, CVI, RFI, Payment requests, Payment certificate for subcontractors and suppliers, T & C reports, Handing over reports.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil / Malyalam Preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibilty of site.
- In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry
- Dealing with government agencies for all inspections, approvals etc.
- Pay scale is negotiable depending on experience (10000 to 13000 AED)
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
