Job Description
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
  • Confirms to project specifications by studying project design, customer sign-offs, and performance standards; completing technical reports; complying with cost estimates.
  • Determines project schedule by studying project plan; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
  • Controls project costs by approving submitting expenditures; assist in administering contractor contracts.
  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains project data- base by entering and backing up data to the central servers.
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with company and government regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • To keep company’s information strictly confidential.
  • To conduct site visits to gain project requirement, site photos and site measurement as required.
  • To preserve and protect the company assets
  • To precisely and professionally execute assigned task.
  • To participate in periodic site meetings.
  • To meet with clients, suppliers and contractors as required.
  • To behave politely and professionally with colleagues and with the public.
  • To implement and respect the company rules and regulations.
  • To submit weekly project reports.
  • To liaise with and support other members of the company.
  • To participate in any function or action that may be beneficial to the company.
  • To submit duly signed petty cash request in advance for 3 working days of requirement.
  • To ensure QA/QC which includes but not limited to factory inspections, supervise mock-up approvals and reject delivered items which are not to standard and requirement.
  • To monitor and control site activities to be within HSE standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
  • 5+ years’ related field and project manager experience
  • Minimum 5 years UAE Experience in Interior Design field and project planning
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • UAE Driving License is a must with own car
  • Available to join immediately (Must required)
  • UAE experience in the same field (must required)
