Project Manager

Al Zayed Shades & Tents are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Shades & Tents industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of shades and tents for commercial and residential clients. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, assign tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure collaboration and communication among team members.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices during project execution, including site inspections and risk assessments.
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with clients, address any concerns or issues promptly, and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Shades & Tents industry or a related field, with a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction, fabrication, and installation processes related to shades and tents is a plus.
• PMP or other project management certifications are desirable but not required.
