Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Contracting Project Manager to oversee and manage our contracting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close contracting projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct regular project meetings to report on progress and align team efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in contracting or construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
