Responsibilities

• Maintain and up to date knowledge by studying listings, visiting properties and participating in educational opportunities.
• Market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
• Researches and prospect and maintain a database to develop a new business opportunities to achieve the sales target.
• Complete all the processes and paperwork's within the sales sequence.
• Complete all other sales related tasks within the given deadline.

Requirements

• Have a good knowledge of DUBAI Real Estate Market and selling off plan, Secondary Markets (Minimum of 1 year).
• Solid network of existing and potential clients and connections.
• Deep knowledge of DUBAI's leading developers and owners, keeping up to date with market trends, project launches and investment options.
• Self-motivated and career oriented to meet the given target, Attentive, well organized and passionate for Real estate.
• Outgoing, Friendly and sociable and be able to develop the rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
• Knowledge and Proficiency in foreign languages is a big PLUS
• Driver license and a car is mandatory.
