Responsibilities:

Landlord Engagement:

• Bring specialized knowledge and experience in dealing with landlords of luxury properties to the forefront.
• Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, ensuring smooth transactions and fostering lasting partnerships.

Client Acquisition:

• Actively identify and engage potential clients for property leasing and purchases.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients to comprehend their real estate needs.

Business Generation:

• Propel business growth by attracting new clients for property transactions.
• Utilize personal and professional networks to broaden the client base.

Property Showcase:

• Present luxury properties to clients, spotlighting their distinctive features and advantages.
• Offer expert guidance on property options based on client preferences.

Negotiations and Closing:

• Lead negotiations to ensure successful property transactions.
• Strive towards achieving sales and leasing targets established by the company.

Market Insights:
