Job Description

• Procurement of Buildings and Units for lease
• Units & Building Management
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Develop networks and cooperate with Landlords, Property owners.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and regulations
• Remain knowledgeable about property management markets and best practices
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
• Other duties as assigned by Business Heads and Manager

Qualification

• Must be in Dubai, UAE
• With UAE experience is a plus
• With Sales experience
• Age between 23-32
• Presentable and Professional demeanor
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• MS Office familiarity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
