We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends in Dubai.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
• Manage contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.
• Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, in Banking or Insurance.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
