We are seeking a skilled Property Coordinator to manage our property portfolio and oversee operations of assigned units in alignment with company and landlord policies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our strategic profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality customer and client satisfaction
  • Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely document and payment collection
  • Oversee property readiness for viewings and maximize occupancy
  • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance/renovations
  • Process rental payments, security deposits, and utility bills
  • Prepare and manage tenancy contracts
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Supervise property administrators and inspection coordinators
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
