We are seeking a skilled Property Coordinator to manage our property portfolio and oversee operations of assigned units in alignment with company and landlord policies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our strategic profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality customer and client satisfaction
- Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely document and payment collection
- Oversee property readiness for viewings and maximize occupancy
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance/renovations
- Process rental payments, security deposits, and utility bills
- Prepare and manage tenancy contracts
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Supervise property administrators and inspection coordinators
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of real estate rules and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
