A leading group of companies is looking for a Property Manager to manage their properties in Dubai.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of rental properties such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, or mixed-use developments.
  • Will handle various tasks, including tenant management, rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure that properties are well-maintained, meet regulatory requirements, and generate a positive return on investment for property owners.

Responsibilities

  • Advertise and market vacant rental units to attract potential tenants.
  • Screen and select tenants through background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification.
  • Collect and process rental payments, including late fees and security deposits.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with housing standards.
  • Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant disputes or evictions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and operational records.
  • Keep abreast of local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Understand the UAE law for leasing and other legal property requirements.
  • Handle both Dubai and Abu Dhabi properties
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Application Question(s):

  • The salary includes Family Visa & health Insurance; Annual ticket for self and spouse plus Annual bonuses. Timings are from 8 am to 6.30 pm 5 days a week

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Managing properties both in Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 5 years (Required)
  • Advertise and market vacant rental units: 5 years (Required)
  • background checks, credit checks of tenants: 5 years (Required)
  • collection of rental payments including late fees etc: 5 years (Required)
  • property management: 10 years (Required)
  • RERA and AUH Municipality process: 5 years (Required)
