Role: QHSE Controller

Note: valid UAE driving license is a must.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Company’s overall QHSE / Quality processes and procedures and ensuring the Company maintains its required accreditations.
• Responsible for inventory transfers to reserve the location and ensure stock is available for VAS activities.
• Ensure that quality system requirements are maintained and reported, and identify and investigate in-house quality issues.
• Lead sustainable projects with 3PL service provider.
• Ensure that training materials & training schedules for all employees are arranged by 3PL service provider.
• Manage and coordinates VAS activities and QHSE factors of the warehouse and its operating environment.
• Work closely with 3PL team to ensure that Environment and Quality statutory compliance are met as per the agreed SOP.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Material handling / Logistics Management.
• 5 years of experience in inventory and supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of measuring warehouse operating equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP / JDE / WMS and MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
