Full job description

• Conducts comprehensive quality control and provides regular project updates
• Monitors ongoing and prospective project statuses
• Performs tendering and estimation for upcoming projects
• Conducts cost analysis and comparisons for suppliers and subcontractors
• Manages overall project , budget, and expenses
• Implements value engineering to eliminate unwanted costs
• Reviewing project contract documents

SKILLS

• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

QUALIFICATION & EXPERINCE

- Civil Engineering Graduate

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• UAE/ GCC QS: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Engineering Degree ( civil) (Required)
