- Conducts comprehensive quality control and provides regular project updates
- Monitors ongoing and prospective project statuses
- Performs tendering and estimation for upcoming projects
- Conducts cost analysis and comparisons for suppliers and subcontractors
- Manages overall project , budget, and expenses
- Implements value engineering to eliminate unwanted costs
- Reviewing project contract documents
SKILLS
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
