Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator in UAE building construction projects.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift, MS Office.
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
· In-depth knowledge of construction materials and industry practices.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
· Effective communication and negotiation skills.
· Required candidate who are in the UAE and can join immediately.
