Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Female Real Estate Administrator/HR Assistant to support our real estate team in managing administrative tasks related to property transactions and staff handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As Administrator

- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of property listings, including creating and updating online listings and marketing materials.

- Knowledge in navigating DLD and Trakheesi.

- Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.

- Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other documentation.

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of property transactions, client interactions, and financial transactions.

- Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

- Conduct research on property values, market trends, and comparable properties to assist in pricing and negotiation.

- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.

- Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts, creating content, and implementing marketing strategies.

- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.

As HR Assistant

- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general questions.

- Support the performance review process, tracking timelines, collecting feedback, and updating records.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate administration or a related administrative role.

- Strong knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and documentation.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and real estate management software.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.
