Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients by helping them achieve their property ownership and investment goals.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and financial constraints, and provide guidance on available properties and market trends.
- List real estate properties for sale or rent, including evaluating properties, making listing presentations, and developing marketing materials to attract prospective tenants or buyers.
- Assist customers in finding properties that meet their requirements, arranging property viewings, and providing information on local communities, schools, amenities, and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, guidance, and communication throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Stay updated on local market trends, property valuations, and competitive listings to advise clients on pricing strategies and provide accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
- 1-3 candidates required.
- Graduates ONLY.
- Dubai based 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge and experience in off plan properties.
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals and objectives.
