Nucassa Real Estate, a British company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Property Consultant (Off plan and Secondary Market) to join our dynamic Team in Dubai.

Guide clients through seamless leasing or selling of their homes, apartments, & commercial spaces. Expertly assist clients in leasing or selling their properties, ensuring a smooth & stress-free process. Unlock potential for clients! Help them lease or sell their homes, apartments, or commercial spaces. Partner with clients for successful leasing or selling of their properties. Stress-free, personalized support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients.
• Actively seek out new clients through networking and prospecting.
• Prepare and present property listings and offers to clients.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or leasing process.
• Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Open to zero experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
