We are looking for skilled Real Estate Agents, with experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market, to join our diverse team.
We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.
Responsibilities:
· Prospecting for potential new clients
· Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals.
· Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria.
· Conduct market research and stay upated on real estate trends in the UAE market.
· Identify clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
· Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process.
· Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients and provide ongoing support.
· Updating CRM database
· Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
Role Requirements and Skills Required:
· At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market.
· Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, including key areas and market dynamics.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
