As a dedicated representative, you will offer personalized services to UHNW individuals, guiding them through the purchasing and selling process of primary and secondary real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed industry sales targets/KPIs.
• Provide dedicated services to UHNW individuals for property transactions.
• Promote and sell exclusive Ultra Luxury Dubai-based developments.
• Maintain a highly presentable appearance while stationed at luxury real estate offices.
• Interview and assist prospective purchasers with exceptional service.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Obtain agreements from property owners to list their properties for sale.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with Dubai's Land Department and RERA standards.
• Coordinate property showings and accompany buyers during visits and inspections.
• Present purchase offers and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
• Oversee property closings and document signings.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of purchase contract terms.
• Must be RERA registered and based in Dubai.
