Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the leasing operations for residential and commercial properties.
- Supervise a team of leasing agents, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy.
- Conduct property tours and inspections with prospective tenants.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Handle negotiations and lease renewals in collaboration with the leasing team.
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to adjust leasing strategies.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns or disputes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate leasing with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with property management software and leasing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic real estate environment.
- Must have Valid driving license and own Car.
