Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real estate industry.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
* Business development to identify new investors and clients.
* The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring deals.
* Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame and should be self-driven
* Manage a portfolio of listings, clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
* Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
* Qualifying new leads, conducting viewings, Negotiating and finalizing deals
* Develop new business opportunities in various UAE cities with research
* prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
