We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, following up with prospects, and promoting property listings over the phone. You will play a key role in driving sales and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided
Explain project details, features, and pricing to prospects
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Handle inquiries professionally and provide timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information using CRM tools
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and site visits
Promote special offers, payment plans, and new launches
Conduct basic research on client needs and buying behavior
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or real estate sales (1–3 years preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English is a must; Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking
Strong persuasion and closing abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-focused mindset
