Job Description
As a Business Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team stays on track with
updates and deadlines. You will be responsible for collecting updates from our sales team,
managing our CRM and Jira systems and tracking key activities and tasks.
Requirements
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collect weekly updates from the sales team and ensure timely entries into CRM and Jira.
• Monitor and track key activities, tasks, and deadlines.
• Assist in managing reports of the Telesales team's efforts.
• Gather and sanitize prospect data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Generate reports on team activities and performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication between team members and management to ensure alignment
on goals.
• Coordinate the Sales lead generation activities, such as different ATL & BTL activities
• Coordinate the Department’s Relationship management activities
• Help coordinate the team’s workload according to the UK time zone and leave calendar.
Educational Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a sales or
account management environment.
• Strong command of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
CRM and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• 3 to 5 years of similar work experience
