  • Coordinate with project managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references for potential hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing recruitment agencies and vendor relationships.
