Job Purpose
Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs. Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure proper execution of plans
Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns
Managing the educational materials for training employees
Managing layout plans of store and maintain inventory of products
Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets
creating displays in a retail store and training staff on product knowledge our responsibilities include using shelf placement strategies and in-store displays to market a product and maximize exposure to customers
Qualifications, Experience
Skill
High school certificate.
2 or more years of experience as a Merchandiser
Good in communication (speaking, reading and writing)
Good in figures & numbers
Ability to work long working hours.
Valid UAE driving license.
Loyal and Trustworthy
