Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Administrative Support role in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Administrative Support will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing client queries, handling customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports. They will also work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales and marketing activities and ensure that the sales process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle and process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Data Management: Manage and update customer and sales-related databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to facilitate smooth order processing and customer support.
  • Calendar Management: Assist sales teams with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to optimize sales activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including organizing files, managing office supplies, and handling incoming calls.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback for management review.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales support in Cement Industries
  • Knowledge of SAP Product
  • Proven track record in customer service and handling customer queries and complaints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
