Super Store Seeks Sales& Business Development Manager (Wholesale)

Super Store, a leading wholesale supplier of coffee vending equipment, snack machines, and related products (a sister company of Station Vending Machine), is searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales& Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious company growth goals.
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the FMCG, HoReCa, and vending machine industries.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with wholesale distributors and clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations showcasing the value proposition of Super Store's offerings.
  • Provide ongoing sales coaching and development to your team members.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities within the wholesale market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the FMCG, HoReCa, or vending machine industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the wholesale distribution landscape.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and residence visa for 3 months work.
