Super Store Seeks Sales& Business Development Manager (Wholesale)

Super Store, a leading wholesale supplier of coffee vending equipment, snack machines, and related products (a sister company of Station Vending Machine), is searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales& Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious company growth goals.
- Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the FMCG, HoReCa, and vending machine industries.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with wholesale distributors and clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling product presentations showcasing the value proposition of Super Store's offerings.
- Provide ongoing sales coaching and development to your team members.
- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities within the wholesale market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the FMCG, HoReCa, or vending machine industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Demonstrable understanding of the wholesale distribution landscape.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and residence visa for 3 months work.
