Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator for our Wellness, Eatery & Retreat establishment will play a crucial role in promoting our services, managing therapist-related activities, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the wellness, eatery, and retreat industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.
- Provide personalized recommendations and information about our services, therapists, and offerings.
- Proactively promote and sell our wellness, eatery, and retreat services to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
- Schedule therapist appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.
- .Stay updated on the services, therapies, and treatments offered at the establishment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and packages.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage and report on cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Follow established procedures for handling payments and financial records.
Qualifications:
- MUST be highly professional & reliable
- MUST be professional and flexible hours
- MUST have 2 years minimum experience in Sales
- MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING
- MUST have experience in the wellness industry
WORKING SCHEDULE:
- 6 Days a week
- 1 Day Off
- Salary: AED 3000
