Founded in 2007, Head Quarter Facility Supply and Interior Decoration started as an office interior and furniture supplier in UAE.

Today HQ is acknowledged as a full turnkey project solution provider, general maintenance, and office furniture leading supplier, working in both commercial and residential refurbishments and fit-outs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with experience in the Joinery industry.

The Sales Executives will be in charge of locating and offering Office furniture to both current and potential customers. In addition as a key account manager establish long-term connections with significant clients and partners. The crucial goal of this position is to achieve and surpass predetermined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities;

· To plan and implement aggressive leads and sales target, marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the company in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.

· Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team wherever required with the highest level quality of services & products.

· Establishing market penetration in Commercial Joineries in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.

· Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure all client requirements are addressed and develop ways to improve their experience for Joinery.

· Setting up market penetration for commercial interiors in the UAE and the larger GCC (if necessary), creating prospects through contacts, networking, and alliances.

· Track and win significant Joinery projects, responding efficiently to tenders.

· Achieve annual sales in accordance with the agreement.

· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.

· Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.

· Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

· Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

  • Experience : 3-4 years in UAE
  • Able to read AutoCAD , SketchUp
  • Preferably with wooden Office furniture
  • Language : Able to speak & understand English
  • Salary : AED 4,000 + Commission
